Workshop City

As our customer, you represent that you own or have secured all necessary rights in all designs and other materials that you are submitting to Workshop City for use in the creation of your products. Specifically, you warrant that the use of those designs and other materials by Workshop City in fulfillment of your order will not violate the trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property of any other party (including any party’s right of privacy or publicity). Accordingly, you agree to indemnify Workshop City and to hold it harmless from any loss, liability, costs, and expenses from any claim, lawsuit, or other action arising out of or relating to Workshop City's use of those designs and other materials in connection with the fulfillment of your order.
